Chief Technology Officer | West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office | January 2005 - 2008

• Served as CTO (outsourced) to West Virginia Secretary of State Betty Ireland. Duties included replacing contracted IT staff with West Virginia State employees and bringing the aged IT infrastructure up to date. Software and hardware compliance were included with these duties, as well as overseeing the re-working of the outdated online business and licensing, campaign finance and voter registration applications.
